Twice Per Year (Spring & Fall)

Services Include: 

• Inspect condenser and evaporator coils.
• Check refrigerant charge and test for leaks
• Inspect electrical connections and tighten as needed
• Inspect blower assembly and clean as necessary. 
• Replace or clean standard air filters (customer-supplied or provided at cost)
• Inspect condensate drain and pan; clear if necessary.
•  Check system safety controls and overall operation
•  Test heating cycle (fall visit) or cooling cycle (spring visit) 

 Recommended: Quarterly or Semi-Annual Service (Depending on System Load)

 Service include:

• Water heater Flushing
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Bathroom exhaust fan cleaning (Up to 2)
• Slow-draining sink, tubs and showers inspection.
• Leaky fixtures inspection.
• Sump pump maintenance

Services Included:

• Maintenance service, homeowner is responsible to make an appointment for service
• HVAC maintenance, the filter must be provided by the homeowner or we can provide it at extra cost
• Appointments would not be scheduled on the same day unless is emergency or we have techs available
• No appointments would schedule after 4:00 Pm or weekends unless is emergency
• Emergency call hours: are from 7:00 Am to 7:00 Pm Monday though Saturday
• Service calls Included: Inspection, troubleshooting and minor repairs only.

One year service for all new complete systems installation and up to ten years of parts only on new systems installation.

Six months service and up to 6-years on parts only on new water heaters installation.
